Additional drivers are $9.95 per day, per driver.
All drivers under 25 are an additional $9.95 per day.
No drivers under the age of 21 are allowed at any time.

We offer the convenience of after-hour pickup and drop-off to our renters for an additional fee. These services are operated by a third-party, and we charge $45 for after-hour pickup and $30 for after-hour drop-off.
PICKUP: Once you arrive at the airport and have claimed your luggage(s) please call our Airport Valet at 310.216.6110. Airport Valet staff will deliver the van to you at the airport. Airport Valet services are open 24 hours.
DROP-OFF: When returning your vehicle after office hours, please go to Airport Valet at 8923 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045. The staff at Airport Valet will drive you and your party to the airport and return the vehicle to us. Please note that you will need to accommodate room for the Airport Valet driver in the van. Should you NOT have enough room for the Airport Valet driver, please drop off your party at the airport then proceed to 8923 S Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045 to pick up the driver. Airport Valet services are open 24 hours.

Any cancellation must be done 72 hours prior to the pickup date not to incur penalties. Any cancellations within the 72 hours of pickup will be charged a full day rental, along with any applicable fees and surcharges. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED VIA EMAIL. In the event of you canceling our reservation, we will confirm your cancellation via email. During high demand seasons, special events and for specialty vehicles we will require that you will be responsible for the cost of rental for the entire period of the intended reservation. Furthermore, during high demand seasons, special events, and for specialty vehicles, if you cut your rental short you will not be credited for the time you did not use the vehicle.

If you elect to purchase CDW, we waive our right to collect from you for damage or loss to the Vehicle. You must pay for CDW when you return the Vehicle or when the rental is terminated in order for CDW to be effective. CDW is not insurance. This waiver does not apply if damage or loss results from your: (a) Intentional, willful, wanton, or reckless conduct; (b) operation of the Vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol in violation of Section 23152 of the California Vehicle Code; (c) towing or pushing anything; or,(d) operation of the vehicle on an unpaved road if the damage or loss is a direct result of the road or driving conditions. CDW is also void if damage or loss occurs while the Vehicle is: (e) used for commercial hire; (f) used in connection with conduct that could be properly charged as a felony; (g) involved in a speed test or contest or in driver training activity; (h) operated by a person other than an Authorized Driver; or, (i) operated outside the United States, Its territories and possessions, or Canada. CDW is further void if you: (j) provided fraudulent infonnation to us; or (k) provided false information to us and we would not have rented the Vehicle if Instead we had received true information. CDW does not apply to any loss due to theft of the vehicle.

No Pre-Paid Credit Card are accepted.

No deposit required, only authorization. Please note that an authorization for the total amount of the rental, plus a $250.00 Security Deposit Authorization will be placed on the credit card at the time of pickup. Once you return our rental vehicle, the authorization will be used to charge the rental amount. Depending on your Credit or Bank Card, the Security Deposit Authorization hold will be released with 3-10 business days (please contact your card issuing institution for more details).

You will need to show a valid United States Driver`s License (if you have an international driver license, you will also need to bring your valid Passport)

All equipment rented are subject to its respective individual terms and policies. Please view our website or contact our office for more details.

All vehicles are expected to be returned with the same amount of fuel as it went out with. Should you return your vehicle with less fuel, you will be charged per our daily fuel rate. Please consult our office for our daily fuel charge rates. No refund are available for vehicles returning with more fuel that when rented.

If you have opted for, and your rental qualifies, for the unlimited mileage rental package, you are entitled to drive within the States of Arizona, California, and Nevada, free of mileage charge. Please note however, if you drive outside of these States, you will be charged a mileage fee counting from the time and location you picked up the vehicle. Please contact us for further details, all of our agents are happy to help you choose the right package and explain the charges.

All no show reservations are charged a fee equal to one day rental fee all inclusive. Please refer to cancellation section in regards to cancellation fees.

No smoking is allowed in our rental vehicles without exception. You may incur a cleaning fee of up to $350.00 in the event smoking has been detected upon your return of your rental vehicle.

Per the rental agreement terms and conditions you assume full responsibility of any and all parking and traffic violations during the time vehicle is on rent. Parking and Toll violations will be charged a service fee of up to $55.00 for each parking or toll violation incurred during the term of the rental.
